Remember the sitcom comedy Cheers? A friendly pub where everyone knows your name. Characters by the names Sam, Rebecca, Carla, Woody, Norm, Cliff, and Fraiser. The story line was based around a city pub where a variety of local patrons and professionals gathered for entertainment and conversation. They frequented the Cheers pub to share gossip, ideas and opinions on various everyday situations. Each episode brought you different viewpoints and stories based on the lives of the main characters.

Wouldn't it be great if there was a place like Cheers for those of us in the Network Marketing Industry to meet? A place where you could share recruiting and marketing techniques with a wide variety of successful and knowledgeable people of this industry.

Well wait no longer there is such a place and its on-line. The place in question can be found on the American On-Line Service. This special chat room is called MLM Live. To find it simply go to KEYWORD: MLM and hit [Enter]. You will be given a menu of options at this point. Choose on the left hand side THE MLM FORUM. You will see a bulletin board which has the time and dates of specific company hosted chat sessions. Simply double click on MLM Live in the right hand column and you will enter MLM Live chat area a friendly Cheers type environment

The key here is don't be shy, introduce yourself and your company. You will be greeted by the many great people who frequent this room. A tip is to make sure you set-up a profile on yourself (Keyword PROFILE) it will be like a business card and people in MLM Live will usually lookat your profile to find out about you. At this point you can follow along in the various conversations and ask questions. If there is a scheduled chat in session justremember not to advertise or talk about anything but the Topic of the discussion.

Most of the time it will be a open discussion. You will find a variety of business types in this room. You will also get to know those who frequent the room on a regular basis. A lot of great advice, opinions, ideas are discussed in MLM Live. Example on Sundays at 10PM EST there is a beginners chat. This is a one hour session and currently hosted by HOWEYGAL and she will usually have a guest speaker. The topics range from cold calling, warm market, marketing, advertising, approaches, goal setting and many other areas that new MLM beginners can benefit from. I have on occasion participated in the beginners chat. Sharing techniques on how to successfully market yourself via the internet.
